Vienna, Austria; November 2006 - Recording product innovators Audient are pleased to announce that Austrian independent system company AviTech have sold their first ASP8024 recording console.
Edvard Potisk, managing director of AViTech, says: "I met Audient for the first time at an AES show a few years ago. The brand fits perfectly alongside our distribution partners: PMC, Bryston electronic and Schoeps microphones."
AViTech were approached by Vienna-based Couch Records to specify equipment for a new studio. "Extensive research on the console made it obvious that the Audient console was the one with the best price-performance ratio," explains Potisk.
"We’ve installed a few consoles in Austria in the last few years," Luke Baldry, Audient’s Sales & Marketing Director says, sagely. "AViTech have proved that there is potential in the market and Edvard and his team are well placed to further promote Audient’s full range into the territory."
In addition to distributing these three main brands, AViTech has a strong presence in South Eastern Europe specifying and installing audio and video projects.
